1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using TapQ ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Additionally, when using particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to TapQ NFC QR digital identity platform
• "User" refers to any individual or entity using the Platform
• "Content" refers to text, images, data, and other materials
• "NFC Tags" refers to Near Field Communication tags
• "QR Codes" refers to Quick Response codes

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Platform and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. NFC and QR Code Usage

TapQ provides technology for creating and managing NFC tags and QR codes. Users are responsible for:

• Ensuring content complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Obtaining necessary permissions for data collection
• Proper disposal of NFC tags and QR codes when no longer in use
• Not using the technology for malicious or fraudulent purposes

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TapQ and its licensors. The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TapQ, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
